Synchronizing contacts

This service enables you to downloading contacts information from Phone to PC.
1. Select Tools > Load, and the Synchronization window will appear.
2. Select Phonebook.
3. Click OK button, Join Me software will finish synchronization automatically.

Import contacts from Microsoft Outlook

Notes:
Only contacts in the root folder of Outlook will be copied.
1. Launch Microsoft Outlook.
2. Make sure you are on the Phonebook tab in Join Me.
3. Right click anywhere on the contacts grid and select Import From Outlook, and the following fields
are imported from outlook to Join Me:

Mobile Telephone Number
Home Telephone Number
Home Fax
Business Telephone Number
Other Telephone Number
Home Address
Business Address
Company Name
Department
Job Tile
Business Fax
Email Address
Email Address 2

Export contacts to outlook

1. Launch Microsoft Outlook.
2. Make sure you are on the Contacts tab in Join Me.
3. Select the number you want to export.
4. Right click any selected contacts and select Export to Outlook。
5. If you select Default Mapping button directly, default items information (as the selected items in the
above picture) of the selected contacts will be exported to outlook.
