Sending E-mail

1. In standby mode, press OK Key [Menu] to enter main menu.
2. Select Messages > E-mail > New E-mail, and press OK Key.
3. Enter the recipient(s) party's Email address.
Or press OK Key [Contacts] to choose the recipient(s).
4. Press Down Key twice to Copy to Field and enter the recipient(s) party's E-mail address.
5. Press Down Key twice to the Title field and enter the title of your E-mail.
6. Press Down Key to the Text field.
7. Edit the message and you can do the following operations:
Press Left Soft Key [Options] to select Attachments, Templates, Insert signature, Save, or My
words.
Press OK Key [Insert] to insert Files, New audio.
8. Press Left Soft Key [Options] and select Send to send your Email.

Receiving E-mail

1. The envelope icon
message alert tone and vibrate activate depending on the current profile setting. Press OK key to view
the message.
2. For the old E-mail:
i. In standby mode, press OK Key [Menu] to enter main menu.
ii. Select Messages > E-mail > Inbox, and press OK Key to open.
iii. Use Up Key or Down key to select the desired E-mail.
iv. Press OK Key [View] to view the E-mail.

Replying E-mail

1. In standby mode, press OK Key [Menu] to enter main menu.
2. Select Messages > E-mail > Inbox, and press OK Key to open.
3. Use Up Key or Down Key to select desired E-mail.
4. Press Right Soft Key [Reply] to reply to the selected E-mail sender.

Forwarding E-mail

1. In standby mode, press OK Key [Menu] to enter main menu.
2. Select Messages > E-mail > Inbox, and press OK Key [Select].
3. Use Up Key or Down Key to select desired E-mail.
4. Select Left Soft Key [Options] > Forward to forward the selected E-mail.
