8. FAULT CODES
DISPLAY CODE ON BOILER

DESCRIPTION
BCC Activation Fault Restart the appliance - if the boiler fails to operate then please contact
Keston (if under warranty) or alternatively a Gas Safe Registered
Engineer if outside of the warranty period. In IE contact a Registered
Gas Installer (RGII).
BCC Fault
Restart the appliance - if the boiler fails to operate then please contact
Unconfigured PCB
Keston (if under warranty) or alternatively a Gas Safe Registered
Engineer if outside of the warranty period. In IE contact a Registered
Gas Installer (RGII).
Check system pressure is between 1 & 1.5bar on the pressure gauge.
Low Water Pressure
If the boiler fails to operate then please contact Keston (if under
warranty) or alternatively a Gas Safe Registered Engineer if outside of
the warranty period. In IE contact a Registered Gas Installer (RGII).
Flame Loss
See Action - Fault Code L 2

Fan Fault

Flow Thermistor

Return Thermistor
Restart the appliance - if the boiler fails to operate then please contact

Outside Sensor Failure Restart the appliance - if the boiler fails to operate then please contact

Low Mains Voltage Contact a qualified electrician or your electricity provider.
Unconfigured PCB Please contact Keston (if under warranty) or alternatively a Gas Safe

Flow/Return Reversed Please contact a Gas Safe Registered Engineer. In IE contact a
