Pre-disassembly Instructions

Before proceeding with the disassembly procedure, make sure that you do the following:
1. Unplug the AC adapter and all cables from the tablet.

2. Turn off power to the tablet (even when locked) by pressing and holding the power button
for one second.
3. Tap Power Off and confirm the shut down.
4. To force a shutdown, press and hold the power button for four seconds.
5. Place the tablet on a flat, stable surface.
