Check the following reference if you have problems with your phone. Please
contact your distributor if you cannot solve the problem fluently.
1. "Enter PIN code" is shown when the phone is switched on.
Input the PIN or input the new PIN if you have changed the code. The code can be
set "off" if you do not want to input.
2. "Insert SIM" is shown when the phone is switched on.
Turn off your phone and make sure that you have inserted a valid SIM card.
3. "Unlock" is shown when the phone is switched on.
Press Unlock and then enter the handset lock code.
4. No incoming ring tone.
Check the ringing tone and ringing volume settings in the profile.
5. No alarm tone when the reminder time reaches.
Check the profile setting and the alarm ring setting.
