Servicing maintenance chart: 550 to 1000 hours of operation

Servicing
Check the coolant hoses and
hose clamps
Check and adjust the V-belt
Change the engine oil and oil
filter
Replace the drive unit oil
Replace the fuel filter
Replace the tank breather filter
Replace the return filter
Replace the pilot circuit filter
Change the hydraulic oil and
replace the suction filter
Replace the air filter elements
Replace the interior air filter 1.)
Change the oil of the idler and
track roller
Check alternator and starter
motor
Safety inspection
Replace the coolant hoses
and hose clamps
Replace the fuel lines and air
intake hoses
Replace the pipes and hoses
of the air-conditioner
Replace the coolant
Replace the hydraulic hoses
Check the refrigerant content
1.) Under very dusty conditions, the air filter and the interior air filter must be cleaned more frequently or replaced.
2.) When using a breaker over 20 %
When using a breaker over 40 %
When using a breaker over 60 %
When using a breaker over 80 %
3.) Earlier if necessary.
4.) At least annually.
