Disc Cleaning
Use
a
dry, soft
ctoth to
wipe
the surface,
if
the disc
is
soiled,
use a
soft
cloth
slightly
dampened
with
iso-
propyl (rubbing) alcohol.
Never use
solvents
such as
benzine,
thinner,
conventional record
cleaner, or
household
cleaners
as
they
may
mar
the surface
of
the
disc.
Do
not
touch the
underside
of the
disc.
Wipe
the disc
direction.

New

A
new
disc
may
have
rough spots
on
its
inner
and
outer
edges.
These
rough
edges
may
cause
the
CD
player
to
reject
the
disc.
Remove
these rough
edges by
nibbing
the inner
and
outer
edges
with
a
pen
or
pencil
as
shown
at
right.
