VLAN 1000 to be untagged and VLAN 600 to be tagged.

[H3C-GigabitEthernet4/1/2] port hybrid vlan 600 tagged
[H3C-GigabitEthernet4/1/2] port hybrid vlan 1000 untagged

[H3C] flow-template user-defined slot 4 s-tag-vlan
