Grounding

The site and site equipment must meet all of the following three grounding
requirements.
An insulated grounding conductor that is identical in size and insulation
material and thickness to the grounded and ungrounded branch-circuit
supply conductors. It must be green, with or without yellow stripes, and
must be installed as a part of the branch circuit that supplies the unit or
system.
The grounding conductor described above should be connected to earth
ground at the service equipment or other acceptable building earth
ground. In the case of a high rise steel-frame structure, this can be the
steel frame
The attachment-plug receptacles in the vicinity of the unit or system must
include a ground connection. The grounding conductors serving these
receptacles must be connected to earth ground at the service equipment
or other acceptable building earth ground.

Power connection

The AC power input for the HUS VM storage system has a duplex PDU
structure that enables the equipment installed in the entire rack to remain
powered on if power is removed from one of the two power distribution
panels.
Note: Site power can be connected to the PDUs at either the top or bottom of
the racks.
