PIN/PUK codes are locked
Possible reason
Wrong PIN/ PUK
codes are entered.
Note:
1. If you enter an incorrect PIN code for three times in succession, many functions of
the SIM card will be disabled. Read "Safety Information" on page 50 for more
details.
2. If you are not sure about PIN/PUK codes, contact your service provider.
The call quality is poor
Possible reason
You are in a fast
moving vehicle, for
example, train or bus.
You are in a weak
signal area.
What should you try?
If PIN code is locked, enter PUK code
to unlock. But if you enter an incorrect
PUK code ten times in succession,
SIM card will be permanently blocked
and cannot be used anymore. Then
ask your service provider or SIM card
vendor for a new one.
What should you try?
Check the signal strength indicator on
the screen. Try the call again when the
signal is stronger.
Move and try again.
