• When receiving data, the set is put in the same state as the
intermittent reception state during normal wait.
• The channel is counted up each time the CHANNEL key is
pressed. When the channel reaches 29 ch, then it returns to 1 ch.
• "Channel Setting", "SIGOUT Control" and "Power Control" can
be separately set in their state.
1) Key input test. The keys are to be input in the following order.
Each key input produces a key touch tone. An incorrect key
input in the order causes an error tone returning to the test mode
idle state. Once all the keys are normally input, a completion
sound is produced returning to the test mode idle state.

2) EEPROM Read/Write test. Writes specific data into EEPROM
and reads it displaying the following data on the LCD if it is
normal and "EEPROM NG" if abnormal:
"SONY CORPORATION"
"1234567890" (character also displayed if any)
3) Manually stores the communication ID. After "ID=" is displayed,
enter a four-digit communication ID in hexadecimal format. The
key assignments are A=REDIAL/PAUSE, B=FLASH, C=PGM/
VOL, D=HOLD, E=CHANNEL and F=INTERCOM keys.
Use [TALK] key to complete the input.
4) TALK LED is turned on when data is received.
5) TALK LED is turned on when RSSI is present or at LOW level.
6) ID is excluded.
