3. TECHNICAL BRIEF
Twelve multi-purpose pins that can be configured as digital or analog I/Os, bidirectional I/Os, or current
sinks. Their intended functions - as reflected in their pin names - are: RUIM/USIM level translators (six
pins), power-on circuits (1 pin), analog multiplexer inputs (two pins), current drivers (two pins), and a
buffered reference voltage output (one pin).
Highly integrated functionality in a small package - 97-pin CSP with several center ground pins for
electrical ground, mechanical stability, and thermal relief
