10. Using the Card Reader Function
• Insert your Micro-SD Card into the designated slot and connect one end of the USB Cable
provided to Groove and the other end to desktop/laptop.
• Switch off Groove.
• Groove would now enter into "Card Reader Mode"
• You may use the card reader function, to read/write files onto the microSD card directly
through your connected desktop/laptop.
Troubleshooting
1. Groove does not pair with a Bluetooth device:
• Check if the Bluetooth hardware on your device supports A2DP profile which is necessary for
sound transmission over Bluetooth.
2. Unable to play music files stored on the microSD card:
• Check the file format of your music files.
• Groove only supports MP3/WMA/WAV/APE/FLAC file formats.
• We would recommend formatting the microSD card to FAT32 file format.
