    1. Make sure the power cord is fully plugged in. 2. Make sure OCam’s power indicator light goes flashing. 3. Make sure OCam is in the WiFi available connec ng area with the smartphone/ tablet . 4. Make sure OCam is in the available area of the Wi-Fi router.
