Browse the web

You can use your handset to browse the
web using the mobile network or via Wi-Fi
using your BT Home Hub or BT FON hotspots
(including BT Openzone hotspots). Wi-Fi will
give you faster speeds for browsing the web.
For instructions on how to connect your handset
to your BT Home Hub or a BT FON hotspot, please
see the 'Connect to Wi-Fi' section on Page 5.
How to access your Favourites
1. From the Home Screen, select
the Web Browser
2. Click Menu and select Favourites.
3. Scroll UP or DOWN to the address
you want and click on it.
For your convenience, BT has already
pre-stored some useful favourites.
Add a web page to the Favourites list
1. While viewing the page you want to add,
click Menu, then select Add to Favourites.
2. Confirm the name of the Favourite.
3. Click Add.

Change the web page display
1. While viewing a web page,
click Menu then View.
2. Select from:
One column – puts the content into
one column as wide as the screen.
Default – similar layout to a desktop PC,
but makes items smaller and arranges
the content so you can see most of it
without having to scroll horizontally.
Desktop – keeps layout the same as a
desktop PC. You will have to scroll vertically
and horizontally to see the whole screen.
Some websites also provide special
page displays for mobile handsets.
