5.1. How to select cooking mode and temperature
The first thing to do is to select the "ON" mode".
The cooking mode, set temperature and the temperature measured by the probe will
appear on the first line.
Press the pushbutton
to read the list of cooking modes available and select the desired type:
BRAIZING
COOKING
DEEP-FRYING

For braizing requiring a temperature up to 250° C;
temperature control is obtained through the TCK
probe placed on the bottom of the appliance.
Suitable for water cooking requiring a maximum
temperature of 100° C; temperature regulation is
controlled by the (PT100) probe positioned inside the
vat, in contact with the product.
Suitable for oil cooking; temperature is controlled by
the (PT100) probe positioned inside the tank, in
contract with the product.
