Page 3 Sicherheitshinweise Bei Bohren an Wänden und Decken muss die Metallkernbohrmaschine durch die mitgelieferte Sicherheitskette abgesichert werden. Die Magnethaftkraft bleibt bei einer Stromunterbrechung nicht erhalten. Der ausgebohrte Kern wird automatisch vom Auswerferstift ausgestoßen. Der Auswerferstift kann bei unsachgemäßer Handhabung brechen. Nur unbeschädigte Anschlussleitungen und Verlängerungsleitungen verwenden und regelmäßig auf Beschädigung überprüfen.

Page 5 Gerätebeschreibung Die Magnetkernbohrmaschine kann mit einem schaltbaren Elektromagneten an ferromagnetischen Werkstücken befestigt werden. Über das Bedienfeld mit großen Tasten kann der Elektromagnet und der Motor ein und ausgeschaltet werden. Die LED über dem Bedienfeld verdeutlicht den Betriebszustand der Maschine und die Haftkraft des Magneten.
Page 6 Artikel Nr. 18150. • Bei Arbeiten an Wänden und Decken die Bohreinheit mit dem Sicherheitsgurt sichern. Bei diesen Arbeiten empfehlen wir das Kühlen mit einem Spray z. Bsp. Alfra BIO 4000, Artikel Nr. 21040. Signal LED Die LED über dem Bedienfeld signalisiert den Zustand der Maschine und die Haftung des Magneten.
Page 7 Motor Not Aus Die Kernbohrmaschine verfügt über einen automatischen Not Aus Stopp des Motors. Wird beim Arbeiten mit laufendem Motor, der Magnet durch Überbelastung, Vibrationen oder andere Ursachen vom ferromagnetischen Untergrund abgedrückt entsteht ein Luftspalt unter dem Magneten. Sobald sich der Magnet vom Untergrund löst wird automatisch der Motor deaktiviert und die Magnet-LED leuchtet konstant rot.
Page 8 Arbeiten mit Kernbohrer • Auswerferstift (Zentrierstift) durch den Kernbohrerkopf schieben. • Kernbohrer mit Weldonschaft, werden mit den Klemmschrauben (DIN 913) auf den beiden Spannflächen festgespannt. • Zuerst den Kernbohrer mit Zentrier- und Auswerferstift auf einen angekörnten Punkt oder Anriss ausrichten und aufsetzen.
Page 9 Nur Original ALFRA Ersatzteile verwenden. Ersatzteilübersicht am Ende dieser Bedienungsanleitung. Die Metallkernbohrmaschinen Alfra Rotabest sollten nach ca. 250 Betriebsstunden von unserer Alfra Werkstatt oder Vertragspartnern gewartet werden. Das Getriebeöl (Lubcon, Turmogearoil PE 150 300 ml) sollte ebenso wie die Kohlebürsten erneuert werden.

Page 11 Safety instructions During drilling operations on walls and ceilings, the metal core drilling machine must be safeguarded with the included safety chain. The magnetic adhesion is not maintained in case of a failure of circuit. The cut core will be ejected automatically by the ejector pin. The ejector pin could possibly break in case of improper use.

Page 13 Description The magnetic core drilling machine can be fixed with a switchable electromagnet on ferromagnetic workpieces. The electromagnet and the motor can be switched on and off with the large buttons of the control panel. The LED above the front panel shows the operating status of the machine and the adhesive force of the magnet. A self-adjusting dovetail guide on which the motor is mounted can be adjusted in height with the star handle or be locked with a slide.
Page 14 • For non-magnetisable materials use the Rotabest Vacubest (Prod.-No. 18150). • When working on walls and ceilings secure the machine with the safety belt. At this work we recommend cooling the tool with a coolant spray. For example Alfra BIO 4000, prod. No. 21040. Signal LED The LED above the control panel shows the operating status of the machine and the adhesive force of the magnet.
Page 15 Motor emergency stop The core drilling machine has an automatic emergency stop. If the magnet, while working with running motor, is pushed off the ferromagnetic workpiece by overload, vibrations or other causes and an air gap occurs between magnetfoot and workpiece, the motor will be deactivated automatically and the magnet-LED is steady red. The motor though will not be slowed down! A restart of the machine is only possible after switching the magnet on and off.

Page 21 Description de l’appareil La perceuse à socle magnétique peut être fixée aux pièces ferromagnétiques avec un électroaimant commutable. L’électroaimant et le moteur peuvent être mis en marche et arrêtés via les grandes touches du tableau de commande. La LED sur le tableau de commande indique l’état de fonctionnement de la machine et la force d’adhérence de l’aimant.
Page 22 • En cas de travaux sur des parois et des plafonds, sécuriser l’unité de perçage avec la sangle de sécurité. Pour ces travaux, nous recommandons le refroidissement avec un aérosol, par ex. L’elettromagnete e il motore possono essere accesi e spenti con grandi tasti applicati sul pannello di comando. I LED sopra il pannello di comando indicano le condizioni di funzionamento della macchina e la forza di adesione del magnete.

Page 39 Arresto d’emergenza del motore Il carotatore a base elettromagnetica è dotato di un arresto d’emergenza automatico del motore. Se durante il lavoro con motore in funzione il magnete viene staccato dal fondo ferromagnetico in seguito a sovraccarico, vibrazioni o altre cause, sotto di esso si crea un traferro. Non appena il magnete si stacca dal fondo, il motore viene disattivato automaticamente e il LED del magnete si illumina permanentemente in rosso.
Page 40 Lavorare con la punta cava • Spingere l’espulsore (spina di centraggio) attraverso la testa della punta cava. • Le punte cave con l’attacco Weldon vengono fissate alle due superfici di serraggio con le viti di bloccaggio (DIN 913). • Allineare e appoggiare dapprima la punta cava con la spina di centraggio ed espulsore sul punto bulinato o tracciato.
Page 41 Dopo ca. 250 ore di funzionamento, i carotatori AlfraRotabest dovrebbero essere sottoposti a manutenzione presso la nostra officina AlFRA o altri partner contrattuali. Anche l’olio per ingranaggi (Lubcon, Turmogearoil PE 150 300 ml) dovrebbe essere cambiato come le spazzole di carbone.
