retail purchaser of this produc t that should this produc t or any par t thereof,
under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workman
ship within 12 months from the date of original purchase, such defect(s) will
be repaired or replaced with reconditioned product (at the Company's option)
without charge for par ts and repair labor. A game controller, if supplied, is
similarly warranted for ninety (90) days.
To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this Warranty, the product
is to be delivered with proof of war rant y coverage (e.g. dated bill of sale),
s p e c i f i c a t i o n o f d e f e c t ( s ) , t r a n s p o r t a t i o n p r e p a i d , t o t h e C o m p a n y a t t h e
address shown below.
This Warranty does not extend to the elimination of externally generated static
o r n o i s e , t o c o r r e c t i o n o f a n t e n n a p r o b l e m s , t o c o s t s i n c u r r e d f o r
installation, removal or reinstallation of the product, or to damage to digital
m e m o r y / m e d i a d e v i c e s , g a m i n g d e v i c e s , d i s c s , s p e a k e r s , a c c e s s o r i e s , o r
vehicle electrical systems.
