Sound Blaster FRee Control Panel

The rest of this chapter explains how to use the Sound Blaster FRee Control Panel to view and adjust the
various features of your Sound Blaster FRee. The examples and screenshots below uses Windows as an
example. The UI for other operating systems may differ slightly.

Configuring Your General Settings

You can change the language settings or restore settings to their default values. Click
right corner of the interface and select the option from the list.

Managing Your Profiles

The Sound Blaster FRee Control Panel comes equipped with a set of pre-configured profiles to suit your
different needs including:
Music

Movies
l
Gaming
l
To activate a profile, select your desired profile from the screen. Click the Edit button to modify the
profile you have selected.
