INSPECTIONS （検査）
This test specifi cation is applied to the MIXER 600 assembly.

Measurement Conditions

1-1-1. Measuring Instrument and jigs

• Use a reliable measuring device capable of precisely
measuring the specification values indicated in this
document.
• Input impedance of the measuring instrument should
be more than 100 kΩ.
• Use the 22kHz low pass fi lter for the measurement of
the noise, total harmonic distortion, maximum output,
analog mute, iPHONE USB I/F and REVERB signal
path.
• Serial interface jig set for diagnosis : ZF928400
(USB2UART-CP2102) x 1
A2-SH cable x 1
• USB cable x 1

1-1-2. Measurement Filter

Use the following fi lter for the measurement of
SPEAKERS OUT (L/R).
• SPEAKERS OUT (L/R)
: Audio Precision AUX-0025
* For SPEAKERS OUT (L/R) measurement, it is best
to connect AUX-0025.
• Use a 22 kHz low-pass fi lter according to the
measurement item.
1-2. Connection
Perform connection as shown in the fi gure below.
MIXER ASSEMBLY
The pin assignment of CN504 is as follows.
1 DSP(+3.3D) ‒ > jig(No use)
2 DSP(TXD) ‒ > jig(RXD)
3 DSP(RXD) < ‒ jig(TXD)
4 GND

1. 測定条件
1-1-1. 測定器、治具
• 検査に使用する測定器は、本文中に記載の規格を
十分精度良く測定できる精度及び確度を持つもの
を使用してください。
• 測定器の入力インピーダンスは 100 k Ω以上の
ものを使用してください。
• ノイズ、全高調波歪率、最大出力、アナログ
MUTE、iPHONE USB I/F、REVERB 信号経
路の測定には 22 kHz のローパスフィルタを使
用してください。
• ダイアグ用シリアルインターフェース治具セッ
ト：ZF928400
（USB2UART-CP2102）× 1
A2-SH ケーブル× 1
• USB ケーブル× 1
1-1-2. 測定用フィルタ
SPEAKERS OUT (L/R) の測定には、次のフィル
ターを使用してください。
• SPEAKERS OUT (L/R)
: Audio Precision 社 AUX-0025
＊ SPEAKERS OUT (L/R) の測定には、AUX-0025
の接続が望ましい。
• 測定項目に応じて 22 kHz のローパスフィルタ
を使用してください。

下図のように接続します。
