The dual-band wifi range extender then automatically connects to your wireless
router and copies all of the settings. Once the connection has been successfully
established, the 2.4G signal LED (1) or the 5G signal LED (2) lights up. You
can then use the dual-band wifi range extender where your end device is to be
connected wirelessly with your router.
Connect the dual-band wifi range extender to your end device. Use the
network cable included with the device for this purpose. Insert one end of the
network cable into the LAN socket (8) of the dual-band wifi range extender
and the other end into the LAN socket of your end device. Insert the dual-band
wifi range extender only into a socket that is always easily accessible.
If your wireless router does not support WPS or the connection fails for some
other reason, you must manually configure the dual-band wifi range extender.

Manual configuration

There are two different ways to configure the dual-band wifi range extender.
If you are not using the network default settings and have
manually set an IP address, you must restore the network
settings to Obtain an IP address automatically. For
further details, please read the operating instructions for your
computer.
