USING YOUR MASSAGER

1. Place the node against the targeted area,
pressing and moving the MASSAGING NODES
in a circular motion directly on targeted area.
2. Change the NODES for different types
of massage:
• PIN-POINT NODE for targeting tight muscles
in shoulders and upper back (see top right)
• LARGE SPHERE NODE for working larger
areas/muscles in the lower back
(see middle right)
• 4-SPHERE NODE for a broader area
of massage like thighs or calves
(see bottom right)
3. Use the long handle to easily reach your
shoulders or lower back.
