1-14. WIRE DRESSING AND CAUTION FOR CONNECTOR ASSY 15P (B-U1 HARNESS),
(1)Dressing sequence change for speaker harness and B-U1 harness.
B-U1 harness
B-U1 harness is dressed below
the speaker harness as shown in
the picture above

Note Please check whether you have made changes item to ensure that.
(2) Process sequence and caution for wire harness dressing for Connector Assy
15P,1-910-803-05.
Do not pull the wire from the housing
after the harness housing is connected
to the header.

A) Once B-U1 harness is connected to the
housing, make sure the harness is straight and
away from the speaker before slot in the slit.

B-U1 harness is dressed on top
of the speaker harness as shown
in the picture above

-Do not press the harness at other area except for
the area to be slot in the slit .
-Do not use strong force to slot in the wire in the
slit.

B)Slot the wire into slit.Make sure
the harness is in the slit by pressing
the thumb to the rib at the slit area.

come out from housing and to
