Inspection of plans and deed of mutual covenant
(1) The address of the website on which a copy of the outline zoning plan relating
to the Development is available is: www.ozp.tpb.gov.hk.
(2) A copy of every deed of mutual covenant in respect of the speci ed
residential property that has been executed is available for inspection at
the place at which the speci ed residential property is offered to be sold.
The inspection is free of charge.
