妥之處，則賣方在接獲買方在買賣成交日期後的6個月內送達的書面通
知後，須於合理地切實可行的範圍內，盡快作出補救。

Defect liability warranty period
The Vendor shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of a written
notice served by the Purchaser within 6 months after the date of completion
of the sale and purchase, remedy any defects to the Property, or the ttings,
finishes or appliances incorporated into the Property as set out in the
agreement for sale and purchase.
