Unanswered timed reminder alert [PT only]
If the guest does not answer a wake-up call, the Alert button (assigned on "Alert Extension") light will
turn red. A Timed Reminder alert can also be sent to the alert extension when the Alert button
indicator on it is turned on. Pressing the Alert button informs you which extension did not answer the
wake-up call.
To confirm which extension did not answer the timed reminder alert

To call the unanswered extension

Off-hook.
• A voice message (wake-up message) can be recorded by the Manager or an Operator, if
required. Please refer to "3.2.2 Recording Outgoing Messages."
• The alarm rings three times (30 seconds each) at 60-second intervals (Default).
• SMDR (Station Message Detail Recording) records the detailed Timed Reminder
information and prints it out automatically when the Timed Reminder starts and it is
answered or not answered. This can be enabled or disabled by System Programming.
• An Alert Extension can be assigned for Day/Night mode respectively per tenant by System
Programming.
• If the daily alarm is set, the display shows "*" beside AM/PM.
