Page 7: Access To The Service Menu
Navigate accordingly by using the pen supplied. Connection types The signotec LCD Signature Pad Omega is available in two different versions (HID/FTDI). Switching the mode is not possible. Data transmission between pad and software is encrypted optimally. For this, signotec uses a unique RSA algorithm which generates a private key for every signing-process and encrypts the data with/by? AES-256. -

This driver deactivates this function for our signature pads, so that the device is always available. You can find the driver in the download section on www.signotec.com. Adjusting the brightness The configuration of the brightness of the device is carried out via the service menu. -

Alternatively, the calibration can be carried out via the signoSign/2 application software. Pen and pen holder The signotec pads are equipped with a robust and maintenance-free pen that does not require batteries. With its realistic size it gives the user an optimal writing experience. The pen can be attached to the pen holder. -
