hood assembly grasp each side of hood at
rear and pull outward and upward. Lift hood to

shifped with oil ready for
use.
However, check oi
level before starting.
If
necessary, odd oil to bring o il level up to the
full oil mark on the dipstick. Dipstick must be
pushed in tight for checking oil level, and
tractor
should be level. NOTE: Do not
fill
above full
mark on dipstick. Use Allstate MS SAE 30 deter-
gent
oil or equivalent for summer use. For winter
use
below
(32o)
use Allstate regular multi-grade
detergent oil MS SAE lOW-30, lOW-40 or equ-
ivalent.
Nothing should be
added
to the reco-
mmended oil. Make sure
the
oil used
is
a high
quality
detergent
oil classified "for service MS".
For extreme
cold
(
below oo F) use MS SAE
SW-20
