1. INTRODUCTION KM216H -U-0146 Paper presence sensor (on cutter) An infrared refl ex sensor comprised of 1 diode (emitter) and a photo transistor (receiver). This sensor detects paper presence on the cutter unit. Cutting is executed if the sensor detects the paper is present.
