Pressing the right soft key selects mute "Mute ".
Pressing the left soft key selects Voice Enhancer " (VE)".
• When a function name does not appear above a soft key, the soft key has no function.

Throughout this guide, the navigator key is indicated by the arrows [d] or [B].

Using Phone Book

a) Storing Names and Numbers
Press the soft keys (Phone book) and (Add), then enter a name and
phone number using dialing buttons (0–9), navigator keys (d, B) and
soft keys by following display.

b) Dialing from the Phone Book
Press the soft keys (Phone book) and (Search). Search for the desired
item by pressing [d] or [B], then press [C] or [s].

c) Chain Dial
You can dial a combination of phone book or manual key pad entries while
making a call. This feature can be used, for example, to first automatically
dial a calling card access number that you have stored in the phone book,
then manually or automatically dial your PIN and then automatically dial the
destination number from the phone book.
Press [MENU] while you are on a call. Search for the desired item by
pressing [d] or [B], then press the soft key (Call).

Two soft keys are used to select functions displayed directly
above each key. Functions displayed above the keys will
change depending on the state of use.
On this sample display, " (VE)" and "Mute " are displayed
above soft keys.
Scrolls up [B] and down [d] the function menu, the Caller List
and the phone book.
Increases [B] or decreases [d] the handset ringer and receiver/
speaker volumes.
