3 OPERATION GENERAL FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION The WMF MILK DISPENSER compliments the WMF BISTRO / WMF CAFEMAT for self-service use. Milk is dispensed whenever and as long as the dispenser button is pressed. The amount of milk dispensed is set by adjusting behind the front door. -

HACCP concept. Half-fill the milk container with warm water and approx. 20 ml WMF special detergent for milk and cream dispensers. Then clean thoroughly with a brush (Fig. 3). -
Page 7: Cleaning The Milk Spout
Do not use a powdered detergent, as this may scratch and damage the surface. The following cleaner is recommended for metal housing parts : WMF Purargan forte. -
