If thisis yourfirstdishwasher, or if
you'rereplacing a mucholder
model,youmaywonderhowmuch
pre-preparation y ourdishesneed.
Actually verylittle.Pre-rinsing of
normalfoodsoilsisnotnecessary.
Withcommonsenseanda little
practiceyou'llsoonknowwhat
foodsto remove. H ereare some
guidelines:
1.
Scrapeoffbones,seeds,skins,
toothpicks a ndotherhardsolids.It
is alsobestto removehardshelled
vegetables, m eattrimmings, l eafy
vegetables a ndcrusts.Remove
excessive quantities ofoilor
grease.
2. Remove largequantities ofany
food.Yourdishwasher h asa built-in
softfooddisposerthatpulverizes
softfoodbitsandflushesthemaway.
It canhandlesmallamountsof
softfoods,butlargeamountswill
be difficultto handle.
Close the main cup.
NOTE: Detergent cup may be
opened manually with no harm.
