red rear reflector and amber pedal reflectors
which are both supplied.
• Never ride with no hands.
• Adopt a speed that reflects the terrain as well
as your riding ability.
• Use designated cycle paths when not using
public roads.
• When riding your e-scooter, wear close-fitting
trousers, or use a e-scooter clip. Loose clothing
can get between moving parts and cause injury.
• Wear bright and/or reflective clothing when
cycling.
• When riding your e-scooter, you should wear a
e-scooter helmet that conforms to
current regulations.
• Your e-scooter saddle should be as close as
possible to horizontal. Do not tilt the saddle
backwards, as this can lead to back pain and
physical injury.
• Take care when loading your e-scooter into a car or
when mounting it on a e-scooter carrier.
• We DO NOT recommend that you use a e-scooter
trailer with your Easybike e-scooter.
• You can fit a standard fitment luggage carrier to
your e-scooter. Please check with the manufacturer
to make sure that a child seat can be safely
attached to the luggage carrier.
e-scooter Safety:
• You must be over 16 to ride an e-scooter.
• The drive assist system is limited to a maximum
continuous power rating of 0,25kW (250W) and
a maximum speed of 25Km/h, (15.5 mph).
• Your e-scooter is designed for a maximum
permitted overall weight (rider + luggage +
e-scooter) of 110kg. The maximum permitted
weight of the rider (90kg) plus luggage (20kg)
is 110kg.
• Do not submerge your e-scooter in water.
• Be aware that the speed at which you are
travelling may be faster than you are used to,
especially when accelerating.
Electrical Safety:
• Only use batteries and chargers supplied by
Easybike.
