1. Check if USB keyboard cable well connected with USB
port
2. If yes to item 2, replace with another keyboard(same
model) for testing
3. If fail, replace with another keyboard(other model) for
testing
4. If fail, Shut down power
5. Open rear cover, open EMI chassis, remove inverter
cable on M/B (CN1),
6. Replace with another MB for testing
7. If fail, system RMA to manufacturer
1. Shut down power
2. Check if MSR cable well connected with MB
3. If yes to item 2, replace with another MSR for testing
4. If fail, open rear cover, open EMI chassis, remove
inverter cable on M/B (CN1),
5. Replace with another MB for testing
6. If fail, RMA MSR to manufacturer
1. Shut down power
2. Open rear cover, open EMI chassis, remove inverter
cable on M/B (CN1),
3. Check if jumper setting(JP3, JP4) same with default
setting chart.(In Driver bank CD) Note: If device
connector is with voltage, jumper setting needs to change
to 5V or 12V based on different device definition
3. If fail, replace with another MB for testing
5. If fail, RMA system to manufacturer
1. Shut down power
2. Check if USB device cable well connected with MB
3. Open rear cover, open EMI chassis, remove inverter
cable on M/B (CN1),
4. Replace with another MB for testing
6. If fail, RMA system to manufacturer
