General instructions
Use only the supplied pressure regulator.
This appliance is suited for propane or butane gas.
Check that there are no kinks in the gas hose.
Keep the griddle away from (easily) flammable material.
Do not move the gas griddle during use.
Always close the tap on the gas cylinder if the griddle is no longer being used.
Parts sealed by the manufacturer or his agent must not be altered by the user. It is
necessary to use protective gloves when handling particularly hot components.
Any modification of the appliance may be dangerous. Turn off the gas supply at the gas
container after use.

Always ensure that the rubber-sealing washer is present in the nut.

Leak Testing Never use a naked flame to check for leaks The valve of the gas cylinder should be in the OFF position at this point of the leak test Once the soapy solution is applied to the gas connections, the valve of the gas cylinder needs to be turned to the ON position.
- Page 4 Comment It is to be recommended to replace the gas hose after 3 or 4 years by one delivered by the manufacturer (see date shown on hose). The gas hose becomes porous after a time. Only replace the pressure regulator by one delivered by the manufacturer. Consult the local regulations, these may differ.
