Unable to turn on the speaker or charge the built-in battery
Charge the built-in battery.
Make sure the micro-USB cable is firmly connected to the speaker and computer.
Make sure the computer that the micro-USB cable is connected to is turned on.
Make sure the micro-USB cable is firmly connected to the USB AC adaptor.
Make sure the USB AC adaptor is firmly connected to the speaker and the AC outlet.
