Phone image formats are defaultly supported: * png, * gif (static), * jpg, * bmp; audio
formats are supported: *.mp3, *.wav, *.ogg, * mid, *.amr, *.mp4, *.aac, *.flac、*.mkv,
*.webm, *.3gpp.
Other formats such as "* .webp, *.Wbmp" format images and "* .awb, *.flac, *.wma"
Audio and video format files, only some type of mobile phones can support, which
concerns the hardware chip platform. If mobile phone does not support the file format,
please download the third-party application that can supports the file format.
2. The file is damaged. Please get the undamaged file and try again.
3. The file is copyright-protected. Please get the file permissions and try again.
4. The phone does not have sufficient power. Please connect the charger and try again.
5. In few case, an unknown error occurred in the application or the OS. Restart the

Oline music or videos don't play smoothly.

1. The Wi-Fi network is unstable.
If you are connected to a Wi-Fi network, please check whether the phone is within
hotspot range or contact the Wi-Fi network provider.
2. The mobile network signal is weak.
If you are connected to a mobile network, please try again in an area with a stronger
signal.
3. The phone's internal storage is insufficient.
Please go to the phone's Phone Manager and select Storage cleaner or Phone
accelerator. Then follow the on-screen prompts to clear the application cache, residual
system files, infrequently used apps and installation packages, videos, compressed
files and other large files.
4. If online playing is slow in the browser, try to use a different browser.
5. If online playing is slow when using an app, please try again after updating or
reinstalling the app.
