2 Hardware and appearance

2.1

Whether both SIM Card 1 and Card2 support 4G? how to switch?

For the dual Card model: TAG-L21, TAG-L23, TAG-L22, Both SIM Card 1 and Card2 can
support 4G, but when one SIM Card use 4/3G, the other SIM Card can only use 2G network.
On the Home screen, click "Settings > Dual card management", according to your
requirement to select 4G slot, then this card can be switched to 4G network.
2.2
After inserting the SIM card, power on the mobile phone, SIM card can not be
identified?
Please double confirm that the SIM card is inserted correctly? Please reference the Quick
Start Guide.
Make sure the phone is compatible with the SIM card? If it is not compatible, please replace
the standard SIM card.
You can not use the convert Cato and hand cut SIM card.
Confirm if the SIM card is damaged? You can insert SIM card to other phones to determine if
the SIM card is damaged.
If you try the above methods, SIM card still can not be identified, it is recommended to back
up important data, restore the phone to factory settings or contact a service center for
inspection.
2.3

What can be insert into Upper and lower Card slots?

You can insert Micro-SIM card into the upper slot; Nano-SIM or Micro SD card into the lower
slot (only one can be choosed).
Please use the standard Nano-SIM and Micro-SIM cards, insert a non standard card may
cause damage to the mobile phone SIM card slot.
