Note: If Vodafone has protected some of your settings, you may not be able to modify them.

GPRS Settings

From Settings menu:
1. Open General.

To have the phone ask for the password each time you log
on, select Yes.
Type in password, supplied by service provider, if required.
Select Normal or Secure.
Type in Internet web address of service.
Determined by your wireless and Internet service provid-
ers.
Choose a limit for your connection speed if you are
charged more for higher speeds.
Enter IP address assigned to your phone, if static or
dynamic. Service provider determines if IP address is
static or dynamic.
Type in primary domain name server IP address.
Type in secondary domain name server IP address.
Enter the proxy server address for access point.
Type in proxy port number for access point.
Select Use server no. for callback, or Use other no..
Enter the phone number the callback server should use.
Select Yes to use PPP (Point-to-Point Protocol) compres-
sion.
Select Yes to use login script defined in Login script field.
Enter the login script to be used.
If desired, enter a modem initialisation string (AT command
string).
