Problem
Phone will not switch on.
Short battery life for a

cannot be switched on

Remedy
Check that the battery is
fully charged and
correctly connected to the
phone.

Turn Bluetooth
off if you

Leave the phone charging
the battery for a few
minutes before the
indicator is lit and
attempting to switch it on.
Ensure the battery is fitted
to the phone prior to
commencing charging.
Leave the charger
connected. Charging will
automatically resume
when the temperature
falls.
