LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE
LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION
OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY
AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
SERVICE. BHC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR
ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING,
WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHETHER
RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR
INABILITY TO USE THE DEVICE OR FROM
DEFECTS IN THE DEVICE.
