Declaration of Conformity

Hereby, BHC Navigation Co., Ltd declares
that this product is in compliance with the
essential requirements and other relevant
provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC.

FCC Compliance

This device has been tested and found with
comply with FCC Part 15:2009, Subpart B,
Class B.

Limited Warranty

BHC warrants that the device will be free
from defects in materials and workmanship
for one year from the date of purchase.
During one year Limited Warranty Period,
BHC will, at its option, to the extent
permitted by law: (i) repair the Device
using either new or refurbished parts, (ii)
replace the Device with a new or
refurbished Device that is equivalent to the
Device that is to be replaced, or (iii) refund
the amount You paid for the Product, LESS
DEPRECIATION, upon its return.
This limited warranty applies only to
hardware components of the device that
are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect,
fire, water, flood, or other acts of nature
and external causes, alterations, repair, or
commercial use. The device is not intended
to use for precise measurement. BHC
makes no warranty as to high precise
positioning and accuracy and completeness
of map information with the device.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE
WARRANTY AND REMEDIES CONTAINED
HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES,
AND WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM
ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED
