turn them over to the left or right during the race;
- Never run forward or backward inclined or drooping gait, this may cause pain in the lower
part of the body that could affect negatively t the training.
- Direct your feet always in front of you;
END TRAINING
Finish your workout gradually slowing to run and walk;
Use the handlebar to steady once the belt has stopped permanently;
If necessary, clean the running belt with a damp cloth;
Every time you finish a training session, walk few minutes very slowly and make some
minutes of stretching to loosen the muscles.

ATTENTION: BEFORE MOVING THE FOLDED TREADMILL, MAKE SURE THE LOCKING
PIN IS PROPERLY TIGHTENED, IN ORDER TO AVOID THE RELEASE OF THE MAIN
PLATFORM.
CLEANING
Keep the treadmill clean. Remove dust from the belt and platform; dust, increasing friction,
can damage the system.
Fold the treadmill and lock it in place with the
locking pin (30) after exercise.
Make sure the platform is effectively locked in
the closed position.
