18. Do not change the incline of the treadmill by placing objects under the treadmill.
19. Do no use the treadmill if it's damaged or doesn't work properly. Please address the

20. The pulse sensor is not a medical device. Various factors, including your movement,
may affect the accuracy of heart rate readings. The sensor is intended only as an exer-
cise aid in determining heart rate trends in general.
21. Continuous exercise time should not be longer than 30 minutes. Don't make the tread-
mill to over work for a long time. Otherwise it may damage the motor or controller, and
speed up the aging of bearings, running belt and running platform.
22. Keep the environment clean for that dust can damage the running belt.
23. Keep proper air humidity indoors in winter to avoid static electricity which may influence
the working of electronic meter or damage it.
24. When folding or moving the treadmill, make sure that the storage latch is fully closed

27. Use the equipment carefully, the excessive use, the improper use or the use without

HOW TO ASSEMBLE

Set the treadmill in a cleared area and remove all packing materials. Do not dispose of the
packing materials until assembly is completed.
N.B: do not place the treadmill on thick carpets
