1. From the home screen, tap Apps
The Lock screen settings menu opens.
2. Draw your unlock screen pattern, enter your PIN, or enter your password.
3. Tap None.
The screen lock is disabled.
Note: If you fail to enter the correct password after five attempts, you will be prompted to wait for 30
seconds before you can try again.

There are several configurable options available in the Lock Screen settings menu.

1. From the home screen, tap Apps
2. Select Pattern, PIN, or Password. Then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the lock
screen setup.

You can select whether the pattern will be visible on the screen when
you unlock your tablet using a pattern.
Choose the amount of time before the screen automatically locks
after the screen has timed-out.
You can instantly lock the screen when you press the Power/lock
button.
Configure your tablet to automatically unlock the device when you
have a trusted device connected, when you are at the trusted
location, when it recognizes your face or voice, or when you are
carrying it with you.
