4.3.3 To edit phone directory entries
! In standby mode, press "MODE" once.
! "PHONE BOOK" will appear on the display. Press the
FORWARD/BACKWARD button to look for the number that
you want to edit.
! When the desired record is reached, press "MODE" to start
editing the record. The display will show "ENTER NUMBER".
! Edit the number if necessary.
! Press "MODE" to confirm the number. "ENTER NAME" will
appear on the display.
! Edit the name, then press "MODE" to confirm the entered
name.
! "RECORD NAME" will appear on the display. Press and hold
"REC." for 2 seconds to re-record the name, or press
"MODE" to go back to standby mode.
4.3.4 To erase Phone directory entries
! In standby mode, press "MODE" once.
! "PHONE BOOK" will appear on the display. Use the
FORWARD/BACKWARD button to look for the number that
you want to erase from the phone book.
! Press "C" twice to delete the call shown on the display.
4.4 Name Announcement
You can link name recordings to 20 phone numbers, each recording
has a maximum duration of 2 seconds. When the number calls in
again, the recorded name will be announced. If the memory for the
name recording is already full, a "beep-beep" sound will be heard.
