Maintenance

Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine
from the normal operating position.

Lubrication

Idler Arm Bearing
The idler arm bearing (Fig. 8) must be lubricated after
every 8 hours of operation with a No. 2 Lithium-based
grease.

Fan Shaft Bearing
The 2 fan shaft bearings (Fig. 8 and 9) must be lubricated
after every 8 hours of operation with a No. 2 Lithium-based
grease.
Castor Wheels
Under normal conditions, grease the 2 wheels and 2 wheel
pivot tubes (Fig. 9) after every 50 hours of use. Use a No. 2
Lithium-based grease.
Drive Shaft and Guards
Under normal conditions, grease the 2 drive shaft fittings
after every 100 hours of use and the guards after every 8
hours of operation (Fig. 10). Use a No. 2 Lithium-based
grease.
