If I already have my own sourdough starter that is separate from the bread machine, how much starter do I use to follow the Basic Sourdough Recipe? It says yeast in the recipe but isn’t the sourdough starter the yeast? **** I adding the yeast and the starter together? Other recipes on YouTube also say that I need to pull the dough out of the machine and let sit or knead. I just want the bread machine to do all that for me.

The recipe uses 80 grams (2.8 oz) of sourdough starter, and no yeast is added along with the starter.
