WARNING: Unplug cord from
electrical outlet before servicing.

wet shampoo.
Using black
carpet brush on
berber or low-
pile carpet.
Whenever calling, please be sure to have your model and
serial number from data plate.

Be sure cleaner is
firmly plugged
into wall outlet.
Check electrical
source–fuse or
circuit breaker.
Replace fuse/
Reset breaker
Turn switch off
and unplug
cleaner. Check
motor shaft for
binding.
Allow 30 minutes
for motor to cool
and system to
reset.
If unit is equipped
with a red reset
button, press it.
Place it properly.
(See operating
instructions.)
Apply necessary
shampoo dry or
wet.
Use white
terrycloth bonnet
instead.
