TO REMOVE:
1. REMOVE THE CAP (A).
2. REMOVE THE SETSCREW (B) AND REMOVE THE FACE COVER (C).
TO INSTALL:
3. INSERT THE HOOK (D) AND RIBS (E) OF THE FACE COVER INTO THE REAR COVER AND TIGHTEN
THE SETSCREW, THEN ATTACH THE CAP.
